During the processing! I used different shots of grass that I had taken earlier in the day to create a grassy ground.  I merged them together much like the snow (scroll down if you’d like to know.) Considering there are no hills where I live, I edited the grass a little to create the effect and used the fuzzy brush tool at about 10% opacity to create the fog. I used a shot of the sky that day and added the fog/mist over it using the same process. Via we're always racing, never winning. Zoom
